On April 15th, ‘90s alt-metal veterans Helmet returned to Illinois for the second half of their Look Left tour in support of their ninth studio album Left, released on November 10th, 2023, and their first album in seven years. Having performed at Joliet’s The Forge last September, the band opted to stop at Chicago’s Bottom Lounge this time around. Opening for the band was New York hardcore act Cro-Mags.
