Lights is back baby! After a year and half of being stuck on the couch, the “Baby I’m Back Tour” made its way to the Theater of Living Arts in Philadelphia, PA. The alt-pop artist is joined along by singer/songwriter Tillie. Before the start of the tour, Lights released her latest album, “PEP” on April 1st. Some of my favorite songs off the album so far have been Prodigy Daughter, Salt and Vinegar, and In My Head (ft. Josh Dun).
The last time I saw Lights in concert was at this very same venue during her Skin & Earth album cycle. This time around though I would get the opportunity to photograph the show. My only wish after is that I had more than the first three songs to shoot in the pit. Lights kicked off the set with Prodigy Daughter which was the first single released from her new album. Overall the show was fantastic and I can’t wait to catch Lights again next time around. Theres still a handful a shows left on the tour so if she’s coming to a city near you I would pick up tickets now. You can grab them here.
